GoCC4All will provide the deaf-blind community with a universal designed technology that supports their individual needs while enhancing independence, community living, socialization, and safety.


Operational Description/Information

GoCC4All will bring television captions as well as national and local emergency information-provided through this media-to deaf-blind individuals, facilitating their full inclusion and integration in society.
